I would like to welcome everyone to the 2008 Cumberland County Fair. It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve again as president of the Cumberland County Fair Association.

The Cumberland County Fair Association consists of dedicated volunteers and elected board members who work year round to plan and produce a County Fair that will have areas of interest and enjoyment to everyone.

We strive to give every citizen of Cumberland County the chance to stand in the spotlight as we “Let The Show Begin”, be it through sewing, crops, canning, photography, baking, music, art, farm animals, flowers, pageants, competitions, rides, shows, whatever their particular interests are.

We hope to include something for everyone. On behalf of the Cumberland County Fair Association, I invite your comments and suggestions on anything we can do to make the Fair a more enjoyable experience for you.

Again, welcome to the Fair. Whether you come to participate or just to visit, we hope you enjoy.
