FAIREST OF THE FAIR
CONTEST RULES
1. Each contestant must have reached her 16th birthday by the date of the local contest, but not her 21st birthday by the date of the state contest in January.
2. All contestants must reside in Cumberland County, or attend school in Cumberland County, or be a college student whose parents/guardians reside in Cumberland County.
3. A contestant cannot qualify if she has ever been married.
4. Costumes must be formal (long).
5. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise, and a personal interview.
6. The winner will represent Cumberland County at the state contest in Nashville in January. If the winner fails to go to Nashville for the state contest, she will forfeit her title and crown. The first runner-up will receive all honors and awards and represent Cumberland County at the state contest.
7. A cash award of $150, a trophy, a crown and a trip to the state contest will be given to the contestant placing first. Other contestants will receive a gift.
8. Entry fee: $25.00 and must be paid prior to pageant or entrant will be disqualified.
JR. FAIREST OF THE FAIR
CONTEST RULES
1. Each Junior Fairest of the Fair contestant must have reached her 13th birthday but not her 16th birthday by the date of the contest.
2. All contestants must reside in Cumberland County, or attend school in Cumberland County.
3. A contestant cannot qualify if she has ever been married.
4. Costumes must be formal (long).
5. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise, and personality.
6. A cash award, trophy, and crown will be presented to the winner. Others will receive a gift.
7. Entry fee: $20.00 and must be paid prior to pageant or entrant will be disqualified.
FAIR PRINCESS
CONTEST RULES
1. Each Fair Princess contestant must have reached her 10th birthday but not her 13th birthday by the date of the contest.
2. All contestants must reside in Cumberland County, or attend school in Cumberland County.
3. A contestant cannot qualify if she has ever been married.
4. Costumes must be formal (long).
5. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise, and personality.
6. A cash award, trophy, and crown will be presented to the winner. Others will receive a gift.

LITTLE MISS
CONTEST RULES
1. Must be a resident of Cumberland County.
2. Must have reached their correct age by pageant date (7-8-9).
3. Dress must be western wear.
4. Entry fee is $15.00 for each child entered. This fee may be paid by parents, friends, family, business, etc. Fee must be paid prior to pageant or entrant will be disqualified.
5. Contest will be held on August 17, 2007 beginning at 6:00 p.m.
6. A trophy, and a banner will be given to the contestant placing first. Others will receive a gift.
WEE MISS
CONTEST RULES
1. Must be a resident of Cumberland County.
2. Must have reached their correct age by pageant date (5-6).
3. Dress must be short dress (church dress or dressy dress).
4. Entry fee is $15.00 for each child entered. This fee may be paid by parents, friends, family, business, etc. Fee must be paid prior to pageant or entrant will be disqualified.
5. Contest will be held on August 17, 2007 beginning at 6:00 p.m.
6. A trophy, and a banner will be given to the contestant placing first. Others will receive a gift.
TINY TOT
&
PRETTY BABY CONTESTS RULES
Boys & Girls Ages 0 Up to 4 Years
1. Children must reside in Cumberland County.
2. Children will be judged on beauty and personality.
3. Trophies will be presented to first, second and third place winners with each entrant being given a ribbon for participation.
4. In case of rain, contest will be held under the grandstand.
5. A $15.00 entry fee will be required from each entrant and must be paid prior to pageant or entrant will be disqualified.
