Junior Photography will be divided into 3 groups this year: Grades 1-3, Grades 4-6 and Grades 7-12. Note
that the Computer Generated has been removed from the Grades 1-6 divisions.

Entries are to be made on Saturday, September 18, 2010, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. None will be accepted after 4:00 p.m.

1. Photos are to be 8” x 10” OR SMALLER.

2. NO FRAMES. Matting is optional, (which is available at hobby shops, photo shops, and photo
departments of area department stores).  If you choose to mat, matting must be kept to 2” or less
around the border of your photo.

3. DO NOT mount pictures on cardboard cut from a box.  Do not mount pictures on foam boards.

4. Pictures may be mounted on poster board, heavy card stock, or precut mounting boards (which are
available at hobby stores or photo shops). Pictures not mounted to anything will not be accepted.

5. Use some kind of strong adhesive: double sided mounting tape, glue (acid free), or mounting tabs
(available at picture frame shops, hobby shops, etc.) to affix your photo to the mounting material. Do
not use masking tape. We cannot be responsible for poorly mounted photos which fall from the mat.

6. HANGING HARDWARE WILL BE PROVIDED, do not glue or tape any kind of hanger on the back of your photo.

7. Exhibitors in photography will be not be allowed more than one exhibit in any one category.

8. Please either write on OR affix a label to the BACK of the photo with the following information:
Your First and Last Name
Your grade
Your Entry information (exhibitor’s number) (Department, Section, Class)
