Open to Coffee County Residents Only.
All entries are to be made on Saturday, September 18
between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Entries may be picked up between 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Sunday,
September 26.
Rules
1. Exhibitors in Art will be allowed not more than one exhibit in any one category.
2. Where there is no competition and exhibit is worthy, first place ribbon will be given and second money paid.
3. Exhibits MUST be equipped for hanging on
large hooks.
4. When articles are not deemed worthy, judges
will refuse to award premiums, whether or not there will be competition in the category.
5. No work will be accepted if it has been
previously exhibited at the Coffee County Fair.
6. Every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all exhibits, but in no case will the Fair be responsible for loss or damage which may occur.
7. No pictures larger than 18" x 24".
